Mumbai: Corporates are increasingly seeing managed office spaces (MOS) as the ideal solution to expand their operations, a report by flexible workspace provider Awfis reveals. Growing companies, especially in the finance, technology and manufacturing domains, are increasingly choosing the convenience of managed spaces, with almost 86% of executives preferring them for their expansion plans.
Companies choose managed office spaces as an ideal solution to meet their operational requirements, especially with highly customised, ready-to-use infrastructure that helps them set up their operations as soon as possible. According to the survey conducted in collaboration with ANAROCK Research & Advisory, almost 71% of the respondents chose cost efficiency as the single most important factor to choose managed office spaces, with another 57% witnessed major savings in setting up the offices as against traditional office spaces.
